A lot of Jews came here as refugees. Their children were provided education here.

I realize that most of the people crossing the border aren't fleeing extermination camps, but some of them are definitely fleeing drug wars and forced labor for drug gangs.

Some of these people do plan on and want to apply for asylum, just as those Jews did back then.

As a Jew, do you think it was fine for the US to provide public education and services to Jewish refugee children but not those fleeing drug gangs across our borders?

I do not believe that we are required to have open borders in the U.S. in 2022 because Jewish refugees came to the U.S. during the holocaust.
