DC just takes a different approach to meeting your people than other places. Basically when you are walking the neighborhood or out at a store your eyes will light up when the person you are engaging with is not a total tool or jerk. Good example is Starbucks where you and one other person are the only people in line not to complain about your special request drink or the person who gives you a head nod when you refuse to continue the "pay it forward" crap.[/quote]
