NO NO NO NO NO NO NO He will run against DeSantis, and will look terribly mumbly and senile. Make no mistake, Trump is not getting the nomination after these midterms. It's going to be DeSantis, who speaks well and aggressively and doesn't say stupid things like Trump. We need someone young and energetic who can out-debate a DeSantis. (I like Joe the Grandpa, not Joe the President of the free world.)
For a second I thought I wrote this. My thoughts exactly. Also, enough with abusing the word ageist. Ageist is passing up a competent sixty something for a promotion because of her age and refusal to get cosmetic surgery to look younger. Ageist should not include saying a man should not be president who is clearly going senile. If you have been down the road of having aging parents who refuse to retire and give up any sort of power or even give up the darn car keys as they are losing it and could cause harm to others, you know it is dangerous for him to get another 4 years. If he were a man in his 40s with signs of early dementia, I'd say the same thing.
I disagree that Biden is as far gone as all of that, but I agree with your take on "ageism." Saying an 80 year old is too old to be President is not discrimination.
