Anderson’s comments probably violated personnel law. [/quote] “Without cause” doesn’t mean for no reason. “At will” means that they can have any reason or no reason at all, just so long as they are not violating official HR policy or the law, eg in fact discrimination. [/quote] If there’s a reason there’s cause. She could be misrepresenting the circumstances of her termination. We haven’t heard anything from planning other than the fact of her termination and Casey Anderson’s statement that she was terminated for violating policy. [/quote]
