Overall perhaps, but I think this was posted to show UT is in a similar category to UCLA.  I agree that graduate programs are not an indicator of quality of the undergraduate program, though.[/quote]
Graduate programs are definitely an indicator for the academic quality and rigor of the undergraduate program. They aren't an indicator for the teaching/instruction quality though.[/quote]
