I think the latter is pretty normal so asking the servers to bring out the woman's appetizer and entree at the same time is off. OP is complaining she is the outlier who wants 2 courses instead of 1, making them wait for entrees. If she were just ordering an appetizer as her meal it would all be brought at once. [/quote]
