NP but I live in a townhouse and agree it's not a real house, LOL! When you say "house" I assume single family home. I cannot afford a single family home in Herndon - my townhouse in Fairfax would sell for about $700K, but with interest rates, I want an SFH that I don't have to renovate for around $850 and that is very, very, very hard to find in a decent school zone. And no, white and UMC do not make a good school district. My kids go to a minority white school that has a great reputation, teachers that stay longer than just one year, and gets good test scores across all demographics.[/quote]
