There are multiple projects going on in that area. The Sheraton one will be mostly efficiencies, and isn’t being marketed as “affordable housing” (other than a small # of affordable dwelling units required by the County) but bc the units will be so small, it will be affordable just because of the size per square foot. This will be marketed to young professionals and wont be much of a worry for NIMBYs re school attendance zones.

Then, there is the Dominion West project linked in the Inside Nova article. This is an awesome project that will help fill some serious needs for affordable housing in the area. This is the project that the NIMBYs have to worry about re brown kids going to their schools.[/quote]
