whenever I go to a friend's at Kentlands for dinner, we can see right into the next door neighbor's kitchen.  We can see them eating, and they can see us eating.  I mean, I guess it's "close knit", but personally, I don't want to be that "close knit".[/quote]

This. We lived there and moved pretty quickly. It's close knit as in everyone knows and gossips about everyone else and their kids.
