DP...there is one person on the task force who is running for public office. Why shouldn't she be held accountable for this abysmal process? Is this what we should expect should she win the Council seat?[/quote]

Is this the Tricia Duncan? Please tell us more about her. Also, will this be a run off election? There are so many running for this seat, without winnowing down someone like Ms.Duncan could win with like 12 votes and substantial opposition in the community, just because the next three each got 11 votes . So she's not really the "winner", the votes against just got diluted .[/quote]
