But I disagree with your post. If dogs are supposed to be leashed, the bitchy neighbor has every right to complain. Healthy dogs need a chance to be free, but the 'burbs are not the best place for doggie freedom. Human freedom from having your dog jump on, chase, scare or bite us - outside of YOUR property - comes first. [/quote]
