Just bully the new neighbor so you can "technically" break the law at your "unofficial" dog park. Why not just build a meth lab there if that's what the majority of the households want. What happens when some of the neighbors move out and non dog owners move in. Do you have to change it back? Not a good option in my opinion.[/quote]
