You don't think a right to privacy exists?[/quote] Roe not a law, but it is law. Court decisions make law. Sometimes they make good law and sometimes they make bad law. Sometimes the outcome of a case might be "good" but the articultion of the law used to reach that outcome may be "bad." An argument could be made that Roe is bad law in that way. I could easily argue that there is no right to privacy in the constitution, unless you believe that words have penumbras. "The First Amendment has a penumbra where privacy is protected from governmental intrusion.” Griswold v. Connecticut.[/quote]
