Yeah, I think people are wrong on that account, and just can't see passed the models.  The dress has darts under the bust, so it accommodates shape.  A size 2 probably not a lot of shape, but just because they throw everything on tiny models doesn't mean it doesn't fit other people, too.  OP was worried about the split, as long as it's worn with some ease, that shouldn't be a problem.  It's certainly not a dress that should fit snuggly.[/quote]
