I find it amusing how Flagg comes across as being completely nonchalant about whether a deal goes through or not. He’s obviously happy when it does, but he’s just so chill. All the other agents are totally hyper and super all keyed up, it’s such a quirky and interesting contrast to have him sitting there straight faced and unflustered whether or not a deal is going well. He just knows he does good work and he really cares about the architecture, art, and history of the old homes. It’s nice that he seems to really care about the projects he takes on and he seems to be very selective about that versus the others who are just there for the money money money grab.
Flagg’s family has a lot of money. He isn’t worried about money because he already has so much of it and he’s an only child. He comes from multi-generational money and philanthropists. He became a real estate agent while still in HS. I’m not sure he even went to college, but he was already pulling in 7 figures in his early 20s. He lives for real estate and it is truly his passion. He’s only 36 and he’s been an agent for nearly 20 years! He’s basically a real estate prodigy, that’s why he’s so calm.
