I really don't like Fredrick on the show, although I was team Fred over the Josh Altman thing, and I'm glad David spoke up, even if he was shot down. Fredrick has a huge team and does like a billion in sales, his brokerage should acknowledge him! I thought it was really funny how they were teasing him behind his back for over pricing a property by 44million dollars. That would land you in trouble with the Realtor association or at least CA Real estate board. You need to know your local market and it's misleading your client.

I love how in the last episode a broker called him out that he had told her on the phone it was a 1 acre lot when it was only half that size, and he said in monotone “yeah, I lied” like it was no big deal. He has chutzpah, as he would likely say

All the other agents are totally hyper and super all keyed up, it’s such a quirky and interesting contrast to have him sitting there straight faced and unflustered whether or not a deal is going well. He just knows he does good work and he really cares about the architecture, art, and history of the old homes. It’s nice that he seems to really care about the projects he takes on and he seems to be very selective about that versus the others who are just there for the money money money grab.

I like how Flagg will often come to a number with the other agent where he knows he has a deal, but he’ll calmly lie about the best and final to get a little more money for his clients. The other agents would just accept the deal and then hoot and holler after they hung up the phone.

Flagg’s family has a lot of money. He isn’t worried about money because he already has so much of it and he’s an only child. He comes from multi-generational money and philanthropists.

He became a real estate agent while still in HS. I’m not sure he even went to college, but he was already pulling in 7 figures in his early 20s. He lives for real estate and it is truly his passion. He’s only 36 and he’s been an agent for nearly 20 years! He’s basically a real estate prodigy, that’s why he’s so calm.

Same. I don't know why I was so suspicious (that was a good word to use) but I am glad to see that I was worried for no reason.

Josh Flagg needs a spin off where he gives insider tours/details of golden age hollywood stars homes.

I like Frederick in NYC. I don’t like him in LA. He clearly doesn’t fit in.

All of Josh Altman’s listings look alike. All those hideous, ultra-modern bird street houses.

I always forget the brits are on the show until they are on the screen. A Million Dollar Listing London would be an amazing show!

My favorite part of MDLLA is Josh Flagg interacting with old people in grand, interesting old Hollywood homes. Don’t care at all about the Brits (nice enough guys but BORING). Tracy is alright. Josh Altman is a jerk but seems to actually get deals done with people that would fit in Entourage. I could go either way on Frederick being part of this cast. In the end: make a show about Flagg and old people.

Same. He is like an encyclopedia of knowledge. It is so interesting to hear him talk about the people and the architecture, and to put it all into historic context. I also like Tracy a lot although I think it is crazy that she is being such a cougar. I like Fredrik in both NY and LA but he seems a LOT happier when he is in NY.

I cannot stand the Brits. They are such pompous twits. They had a listing for a house down the street from my relatives. They completely bungled the whole thing. It was a nightmare.

I hate the way Flagg walks. His toes go outward, away from his body.

Heather is naturally pretty.

She was 10 years ago when she was Madison's assistant. Now she just looks plastic.

I still think she looks pretty but you are right I preferred her less blonde look when she first started on the show. I don’t know if she had surgery but her hair is a lot lighter.

NP. I feel sorry for her. I think that Josh A treats her like crap and she allows it. Heather, if you're reading this, I'll come out to LA and hold him down so that you can read him the riot act. Josh (A) is rude and uncouth and a complete misogynist. He should not be allowed to speak to you with such condescension and rudeness. You deserve much better, dear.

Totally agree. He treats her so poorly. Why in every episode must he make an old boys club “but don’t tell Heather, hardy har har” sexist joke? He was clearly a dorky loser in HS who became successful and is still being kind of a dbag because he thinks it’s cool and somehow can get away with it. And he really treats her like an arm candy dumb dumb — at least on camera. Who knows what really happens off?

No it wouldn’t. These brits are so boring. They are essentially identical. Their story lines are the same.

PP here. I didn’t mean a London version with James and David. That would be dreadful. No idea why they are on the LA show. I would just enjoy watching a London edition with agents that live and work there.

That show is coming. PK filmed a show this summer in London focused on agents from The Agency.
