Josh Flagg needs a spin off where he gives insider tours/details of golden age hollywood stars homes.

I like Frederick in NYC. I don’t like him in LA. He clearly doesn’t fit in.

All of Josh Altman’s listings look alike. All those hideous, ultra-modern bird street houses.

Same.  He is like an encyclopedia of knowledge.  It is so interesting to hear him talk about the people and the architecture, and to put it all into historic context.  I also like Tracy a lot although I think it is crazy that she is being such a cougar.  I like Fredrik in both NY and LA but he seems a LOT happier when he is in NY.

I cannot stand the Brits.  They are such pompous twits.  They had a listing for a house down the street from my relatives.  They completely bungled the whole thing.  It was a nightmare.[/quote]
