Josh Flagg needs a spin off where he gives insider tours/details of golden age hollywood stars homes.

I like Frederick in NYC. I don’t like him in LA. He clearly doesn’t fit in.

All of Josh Altman’s listings look alike. All those hideous, ultra-modern bird street houses.

My favorite part of MDLLA is Josh Flagg interacting with old people in grand, interesting old Hollywood homes. Don’t care at all about the Brits (nice enough guys but BORING). Tracy is alright. Josh Altman is a jerk but seems to actually get deals done with people that would fit in Entourage. I could go either way on Frederick being part of this cast. In the end: make a show about Flagg and old people. [/quote]
