Many people responded by saying I was probably trained to put up with this. I guess I was, because I experienced all kinds of abuse as a child. But there's still a lot of pragmatic advice I've heard -- "wait until the pandemic is over. / Find what makes you happy. / You will still have to deal with him when you are divorced and with joint custody, but you will have less leverage, so stick it out until the kids are older."
