Do not you PP's understand that OP's currently has 'joint' medical decision making in her decree? If she 'just took them' without his consent, he could take her to court. I guess she could swear the kids to secercy, but that is not what is best for the kids in this situation. Op did the right thing. She filed with court, they ordered the kids to be vaccinated. He failed to follow orders. She got them vaccinated. She did it RIGHT. Now she can file for more decision making.
Thank you, both for your English language comprehension and for your kindness. Its ironic to me that the posters telling me to "stop the drama" are advocating for a course which is guaranteed to bring drama. Because we have joint legal and medical decision making power, this has been a powerful example to me of letting the court work, and continuing to do the right thing. I followed the rules, made a common sense appeal, and the PCDM ruled in my favor. He then hung himself by willfully flaunting his refusal to obey the court, and I believe that ultimately this will be a key piece in getting me full decision making. I now have vaccinated kids and a more salient appeal to take custody. Nothing dramatic about the outcome, only positives.
