Most four year olds have already learned “look both ways.” My 4 yo knows to check driveways for cars backing out when he’s on the sidewalk. You must not spend time around kids. You are describing a 2yo. This kid went to play with another kid he saw outside. He wasn’t “running wild.” [/quote]
