My child (who is actually mixed race), like any all children of any race, is “entitled” by law to a free and appropriate education.  Johnson, for whatever reason( be it a racist refusal to respond to a white parent’s legitimate concern, ignorance about what an appropriate education consists of, or just plain stubbornness) worked to deny my child a FAPE.   You are a horrible person for applauding Johnson for blocking my child from receiving the services to which he is entitled by law.

DP, but you are likely one of these parents WMCP who enables the ongoing BS from the district. I have lots of friends and acquaintances like this. They accept the nonsense either because they don't know it's actually not like this everywhere or because they are too deeply invested in their property value to criticize. [/quote]
