They may do a separate sign up for 65+, but it will be for fewer doses so your chance will be the same--just the lines won't crash (maybe). Between the clinics vaccinating out of state workers, separate hospital allotments for client lists (how is this really ethical :roll: ), zip code set asides, ages groups and at-risk condition groups--they've kind of made it so everyone has a slim chance unless you fall into more than one category.
