They can grow a pair and approach their neighbors in a civil and respectful manner (since the neighbors aren’t breaking the law) and express concerns about the smell and try to come to a compromise with the neighbors. Nobody’s forcing anyone to act like a skittish b**tch so afraid of approaching the neighbors they resign to move. [/quote]
