[/quote] I know at least some private graduations were designed with permission from the county and restricted numbers (more than 50 though). Maybe they split time or found some other way to contain numbers or space people out. If you look at Moco's conditions for private events like weddings and religious gatherings, the cap isn't 50 people. It's dependent on space.
