Your entitlement reeks.

Maybe Dad needs his computer to work. Mom needs her computer to work. And there is one computer at home and 2 or 3 kids who cannot be at that one computer at the same time in the morning conferencing with each of their teachers. And maybe the parents decided that buying each kid an ipad is not necessary for whatever reason.

Anyone who pays taxes should be able to get one if they need it when the county is giving these to students who need it. It does not mention financial need. Just a need for a computer.[/quote]
