The divorce was not final.

I would not be surprised if he told his attorneys to cause delays.

He had updated his will shortly before his surgery, around the time of his cancer diagnosis.

In divorce she would have gotten half. He is trying to limit her to 1/3.

She appeared to even vacation with a family of an older son. She had all 6 at the house on the day Ric died. He seems like a nasty and bitter man. He said in interviews that he regretted not reconciling with Orr before his death then pulls this with the 2 sons from his first marriage. I suspect he was a narcissist and that this pattern of estrangement had happened elsewhere in his family tree. [/quote]
