Something like this would make sense (would explain why he had to have the surgery, why she moved home, why she didn't mention the specific surgery -- people are weird about penis-adjacent things), but I haven't seen it mentioned nor could I find a single hit on google suggesting that it was the case. (Another PP says he had a cancer diagnosis, can't find anything to support that either.) Rod Stewart has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Orr died from pancreatic cancer. Nothing on Ocasek that I can find.[/quote]
