A Canada goose has a 4 ft wingspan.  It's not a squirrel.  If you hit an animal that big and are not willing to clean it up yourself, you need to call the city to have it cleaned up.  That's common sense.  OP's language (saying she was tracked down by license plate) makes me think she did neither.  I'd be pissed as a neighbor too, and not because the world is running out of geese.[/quote]
