The insurance companies charge them more, so they just pass. Plus, there is no enforcement when it comes to undocumented immigrants, so word gets out that they don’t need to worry about paying for car insurance. Lots on uninsured drivers (both legal citizens and undocumented immigrants) in MoCo.[/quote]
