It's the fact that your mind is on something else besides driving the car. It distracting. So is fiddling with voice commands. So is listening to the radio. So is talking to passengers. So is anything else that doesnt involve safely driving the car. And they all have to stop. All of it. Phones, navigation, radios, eating, yacking to others while driving. It needs to stop.
