A law that is actually enforced is a law that is enforceable.[/quote] I agree that if you drive without using your hands it is not very safe. I also drive in Maryland and it is not very safe. Half the cars are doing 80 and the other half 50. Really bad drivers on the beltway there. Not sure if they’re texting or not, but they are unsafe. [/quote]
