So if a big chunk of current WJ neighborhoods move to Einstein, Einstein will be perceived differently. The new perception (not the current one) could have an impact on house prices. And BTW not all W parents are against this. My kids have suffered due to the overcrowding, I think the need to address this systematically has been ignored. Boundaries need to be re-drawn.
