Ha. It has nothing to do with school’s resources. It’s been proven over and over again. For example , in our area for a black failing schools they built a state of the art new building  with  fancy computer labs and fancy robotics lab, and hired more teachers. Guess what? They can’t get kids to come to those labs.  There is maybe 1-2 people in the lab because they’re not interested. And the school is still failing. Because it starts at home.  And there are so many examples like these.[/quote]
