This is because the boundary of Blair are kind of cute. The school has quite extreme location.

Because while Blair moved locations, its boundaries, which were based on the old location, never changed. This is a prime example of a boundary that needs to be analyzed and perhaps adjusted. Way to back up the BOE’s argument.[/quote]

We're zoned for Blair in South Western SS  but are actually closer to BCC. One of my close friend's kids attend Walter Johnson but they're much closer to Wheaton. There are countless examples like this now.[/quote]
