If you want a serious recommendation, I bit my nails for almost 30 years and now have perfect nails all the time. I started with the dip powder and it doesn't let you bite them so they can grow out. I go every two weeks now and have dropped the impulse to bite since it's not possible. Total game changer.[/quote]
