I think its great that you knew your kid and did what was best.  Can you give some detail on what about those programs make them so much better?  Is it that practices are more productive?  For instance, I notice that our practices have way too much down time and not much of a "practice plan".  Is coaching superior?  What made you leave the clubs here?  And if I may ask what club were you with here prior to going to Baltimore?  What Baltimore team are you with and how did you make that choice based on all of the options?[/quote]
