By reporting it you're allowing someone with the right training and expertise to investigate and make the call. If you don't report it, you are prioritizing the needs of everyone else over those of this little girl. Who cares if it's uncomfortable for you or your friend. Who cares if they are inconvenienced or have to hire a lawyer. What matters is that this little girl is safe, and right now you have good reason to believe that she isn't. [/quote]
