It is not a fact OP is selfish because we disagree-we have differen perspectives. It is my opinion you are being overly judgmental and you need to stop being so rigid. OP you don't need our permission to do what works for you and your family. There are some judgmental negative nellies on here. You can respect those who have passed away by honoring their memory in a way that works for you. You can send condolences in a way that works for you to. If the person who passed away was a kind-hearted soul then mostly the person would be very upset with anyone who pressured you to do anything that you didn't really want to do.[/quote]
