Some clubs are committed to JeffCup. Also notice that several ECNL teams were placed in the lower bracket. Notice that in most of the age groups, you have ECNL clubs placed in lower brackets, which should help you understand that some ECNL teams are not considered on the same level as certain non-ECNL/DA teams.

Certain clubs are committed to JeffCup and Bethesda Cup and will do them despite also doing ECNL showcases.
