MCPS is just too big.  This is what happens when a system/corporation gets too large.

Have to disagree. The only rational conclusion is after weekly posts of racist debacles and other unseamly scandals at Churchill it's safe to conclude that school is a mess. They need to rework the boundary completely and start over.[/quote]

Some kids aren’t performing well at one school.  Let’s bus then to a different school to eee if they do better there.

Oh, and this school has lots of kids doing well!  Let’s move them to a lower performing school to see if the school does better.  [/quote]
