If you are not the same person pressing the issue of naming DD's coach and club, I apologize but if you are, you really need to get yourself checked. I don't have anything negative to say about DD's current situation other than she wants to play at a higher level. Given the sensitivity of the situation, I will not disclose certain details. That being said, I have not asked anyone to list their coach or club. I just ask if anyone has experience with really good coaches at ECNL/DA or very strong non-ECNL/DA teams. Just explain why you believe that coach or club is strong. Look, I just beg you to go away. This thread would have been much more productive without your involvement.
I’m ok with nearly all that you have said but I do have to laugh a bit at the “sensitivity of the situation” comment. LOL A little dramatic don’t you think? Your current club is likely well aware that your DD is leaving and the media is not tracking your daughter like she is LeBron James and the “Decision”. So please, put it in perspective, your 12-14 year old is changing soccer clubs. BFD
Seems like a big deal to you. LOL
I'm just teasing, relax. The comment just struck me as absurd. Everything else was just fine and the right tone but c'mon, its is youth soccer. The idea that the nature of the decision is "super sensitive" is pretty over the top. Literally every kid who plays soccer has a decision to make at the end of the year, stay or leave and if leave where. Sorry but this is no different than anyone else. Even the nature of talking about coaches, hell if we were having this conversation in person I would be very transparent with you but here online, not so much.
