I think tons of families at every school(even Gburg, Wheaton, Northwest, SV, etc.) go to the beach over the summer. Going on ski trips? Most people do. Get new cars? Every school in the county. This isn't just a churchill thing. Every surrounding school is like this, and it is not a big deal.
