The document, which I can't attach on here, explains that many of the maxed out individual contributors come from construction owners, outside developers, charter school executives, and even Brandon Todd's staff.  Just takes some googling.  Her report for election finance is below:

Exactly - just like Muriel who magically moved from a modest North Michigan Park home to a million dollar plus home on the Gold Coast despite only making 200k annually. She, and her successor Tood, are bought and paid for by developer $$$. Not surprising that the candidates they support are also corrupt.[/quote]

Huh?  Shepherd Park/Colonial Village is definitely considered part of the Gold Coast.  She lives in CV.
