Maybe this year, as I know one whole team followed each other over there, but that's hardly proof of a trend.  Washington Spirit has a lot to do before it can be "established" as a talent hub.  FCV and Arlington are both better options.[/quote]

I would encourage everyone to do their own research. Talk to the coaches and technical directors and parents of current team members and decide for themselves what their "best option" is. Also, there are hundreds of pages of discussion on DCUM about the pros and cons of various teams/programs.
