Bribe?  [b]I know of at least three kids at Maury now that have quasi- BS diagnosis that got them out of JH and MVCC[/b] (Though the later is easy to get out of via programmatic).

Is ACPS really going to fight someone that lives closer to Maury than JH? I doubt it. Are they going to vet every doctor's note? No way in Hell.

The Council couldn't even handle not screwing up the biggest infrastructure improvement this city has seen in decades (PYM) but you think they have the resources to keep little Timmy from transferring?

Sure you do. I'm sure you have full access to all of their medical records to assess the validity of their diagnoses. Because parents would never downplay their kids health issues, especially mental health issues, when talking to other parents in order to make their children more acceptable to others.[/quote]
