I think it's fair to say "thanks but no thanks" to a relationship with a person with student loan debt if you don't want to be saddled with it in the future. But once you decide to marry that person? Yea, you can't hold it against them. Unless he lied to you about his debt and only sprung it on you after the wedding, you can't really complain about it now.[/quote]
