So it's the Jews fault? And what cold spell? Not allowing him to get away with antisemetic comments? But you're right in a way. He is antisemtitic and was "miffed" that he was called on his antisemtism, and resentful that he had to reach out to Jews to appease them. This is very diifficult to do given how he feels about them.

And this latest news that he donated $500 to the biggest antisemite in the country just solidifies it. Just how much tolerance is the Council willing to give to an antisemite? If they ask for his resignation (censure....phttttt), it sends the message that they are opposed to ALL forms of bigotry, and not just that against black people.[/quote]
Still me....I came back because I figured out what you mean by "cold spell." I originally thought you mean "cold shoulder" and responded to that. Now I realize you LITERALLY meant "cold spell" - and it was a joke. (The idea that Jews, or anyone, could instititute an actual cold spell is so far from reality that it went right past me.)
