My name is also very distinctive (google search turns up literally no one else with my name), and a couple of years ago my name was included in a local news/gossip blog post, nothing embarrassing but I was irritated that the thing was considered "news" at all and put out on a blog. You can still find it if you keep reading down my search results, but it's buried below all of my social media pages (FB, linkedin, twitter), a couple of those background/public record sites, and some 5Ks I've run, even though the blog post got lots of views at the time. The blog post you mentioned aside, as a propsective employer I would consider it a red flag if someone your age had absolutely no internet presence because it seems like you may be trying to hide something.[/quote]
