I think Reagan had good speech writers. But, if you ever seen Obama's townhalls, though, he speaks without a prompter or note cards, and he is pretty eloquent and thoughtful in what he says. Also, you can get a sense of their speech by watching the debates. Half the time they are speaking off the cuff and without notes. If you ever watch GWB speak off the cuff it's pretty cringeworthy, too, and I voted for him once. Trump is way worse, though, even if the graph shows that his grammar is better than GWB's.[/quote]
